Harriet Tubman said -- and I quote -- “You have within you the strength, the patience and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world.” This requires a team of leaders who are brave, courageous and willing to learn to lead and serve. 领导者必须是变革的推动者:勇于创新, out-of-the-box ideas capable of leveraging the College’s strengths, 专业知识, 创造一种合作的文化, 服务, 卓越, 以学生为中心和领导.
